This is not a full maid service facility like a hotel. Towels are not provided. Towels can be provided upon request 24 hours prior to arrival in for an additional fee.

Please ensure all dishes are washed and put away, garbage and recycling removed from the cottage in designated bins and the cottage is broom swept from dirt and mud.

If these three things aren’t complete prior to check out the guest will be charged a cleaning fee of $100.

Yes, pets are allowed for an additional $30 fee per pet per stay. You are responsible for your pet and clean up. We may require proof of current rabies and distemper vaccination.

- Dangerous Weapons of any kind (guns, bows, sling shots, etc)

- Campers or RV’s, no room or hook ups and can’t be supported

- No Fireworks or explosives

- No tents for additional guests if they aren’t staying in the cottages.

- No overnight guests unless requested and approved 24 hours prior to their stay.

- No Air Conditioners (Electrical systems in cottages can’t support them)

- Private sandy beach safe for swimming (no drop offs)

- Boat Launch (For Guests Only)

- 2 Docks available for guests to park their boats

- Enclosed Fish cleaning building with lights and running water. Rules for use are inside the fish house. Please comply to all Fish House rules when using the fish house.

- Free Standing Camp Fire Rings. Must be requested 24 hours prior to check in.

Boats and Kayaks are available for rent on site.
